اللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ عَجِّلْ فَرَجِي وَ أَقِلْ عَثْرَتِي وَ ارْحَمْ عَبْرَتِي وَ ارْدُدْنِي إِلَى أَفْضَلِ عَادَاتِكَ عِنْدِي وَ اسْتَقْبِلْ بِي صِحَّةً مِنْ سُقْمِي وَ سَعَةً مِنْ عَدَمِي وَ سَلَامَةً شَامِلَةً فِي بَدَنِي وَ بَصِيرَةً نَافِذَةً فِي دِينِي وَ مَهِّدْنِي وَ أَعِنِّي عَلَى اسْتِغْفَارِكَ وَ اسْتِقَالَتِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَفْنَى الْأَجَلُ وَ يَنْقَطِعَ الْأَمَلُ وَ أَعِنِّي عَلَى الْمَوْتِ وَ كُرْبَتِهِ وَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ وَ وَحْشَتِهِ وَ عَلَى الْمِيزَانِ وَ خِفَّتِهِ وَ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ وَ زَلَّتِهِ وَ عَلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ رَوْعَتِهِ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ نَجَاحَ الْعَمَلِ قَبْلَ انْقِطَاعِ الْأَجَلِ وَ قُوَّةً فِي سَمْعِي وَ بَصَرِي وَ اسْتِعْمَالِ الْعَمَلِ الصَّالِحِ مِمَّا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَ فَهَّمْتَنِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الرَّبُّ الْجَلِيلُ وَ أَنَا الْعَبْدُ الضَّعِيفُ وَ شَتَّانَ مَا بَيْنَنَا يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مَنْ فَهَّمْتَنَا وَ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ وَسَائِلِنَا إِلَيْكَ رَبَّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ عِتْرَتِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.

2024-05-16 19:36:37 خلال لقائنا السيد عبد المطلب العلوي محافظ بغداد، وبعد أن استمعنا منه إلى خطط الحكومة المحلية لتطوير المحافظة، شددنا على ضرورة الاستقرار في الحكومات المحلية لتتمكن من تقديم الخدمات، كما دعونا للاهتمام بأطراف بغداد والنهوض بواقعها الخدمي والاهتمام بالبنى التحتية لهذه المناطق وإنشاء المشاريع التي من شأنها توفير فرص العمل .
أكدنا أيضا أهمية التواصل والتكامل مع الجهات المعنية من وزارات وأمانة بغداد، والتكامل بين المحافظ ومجلس المحافظة لما لذلك من دور في إعطاء صورة طيبة عن مجالس المحافظات، جددنا دعوتنا لاستعادة صلاحيات الحكومات المحلية وتدريب وتطوير الكوادر لتكون مهيأة لاستلام الصلاحيات والتعليمات.
During our meeting with Mr. Abdul Mutaleb Alewi, the governor of Baghdad, and after being briefed on the local government's strategies for advancing the province, we stressed the vital need for stability within local administrations to ensure efficient service delivery. Additionally, we urged attention towards the outskirts of Baghdad, emphasizing the enhancement of its service infrastructure and the initiation of projects aimed at generating employment opportunities.
Furthermore, we underscored the significance of fostering communication and collaboration with relevant ministries and the Baghdad Municipality, along with fostering synergy between the governor and the provincial council to portray a favorable image of provincial governance. We reiterated our plea for the reinstatement of local government authorities and the training and enhancement of personnel to effectively assume these responsibilities and directives.

شددنا على أهمية الاستقرار السياسي في المحافظة والتواصل مع جميع القوى السياسية لإنجاح مهمة الحكومة المحلية، وضرورة تنفيذ المشاريع التنموية والاهتمام بالمشاريع التي حققت نسب إجاز عالية، فيما بيّنا أهمية البنى التحتية والخدمة ذات التماس المباشر مع المواطن.
أكدنا أيضا ضرورة التواصل مع الوزارات وباقي مؤسسات الدولة،واستحصال صلاحيات الحكومات المحلية عملا بمبدأ اللامركزية كحق دستوري وقانوني.
We listened to Governor Badr Al-Fahl of Salah Al-Din about the local government's vision and plans for the province's development and reconstruction. We stressed the significance of political stability within the province and engaging with all political factions to ensure the success of the local government's initiatives. It was stressed that implementing developmental projects and prioritizing those with high approval rates are essential. Furthermore, we illustrated the importance of infrastructure and direct citizen engagement in service provision. We also affirmed the necessity of liaising with ministries and other state institutions, as well as securing the authorities of local governments in line with the principles of decentralization, as both a constitutional and legal entitlement.

في يومه العالمي تبرز الحاجة الضرورية للتعايش السلمي في مختلف أرجاء العالم، ما يتطلب ترسيخه كثقافة عامة مدعومة من الفعاليات الدينية والسياسية والأكاديمية والإعلامية، ونبذ الخلافات والصراعات لضمان ازدهار وتقدم الشعوب، وإشاعة روح التعايش وأجواء الإخاء بين الناس بصرف النظر عن أجناسهم وألوانهم ومعتقداتهم.
