Responsibilities:
1. الإشراف على البنية التحتية للشبكة والانظمة المتاحة.
2. إدارة فرق من الفنيين ومهندسي النظام وغيرهم من موظفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
3. متابعة مشاكل اجهزة الكمبيوتر وتقديم النصيحة بخصوص الحلول المناسبة.
4. متابعة بيانات الموظفين والعملاء والاحتفاظ بالسجلات بشكل منظم.
5. اختبار واصلاح المعدات والأجهزة التقنية.
6. صيانة وتحسين شبكات الشركة والخوادم التابعة لها.
7. الإشراف على عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات وأمان النظام.
8. إدارة عمليات التثبيت والترقيات وتكوينات الأجهزة والبرامج المستخدمة.
9. تقييم أداء النظام والتوصية لإجراء التحسينات المطلوبة.
10. تقديم الحلول والتوصيات لتجنب المشكلات التي تتعلق بالأجهزة وانظمة البيانات.
11. التأكد من معالجة البيانات أو نقلها وفقًا للإرشادات القانونية وإرشادات الشركة.
12. التحكم في التكاليف والميزانيات المتعلقة بأجهزة وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
13. إدارة العقود مع الموردين مثل منصات التطوير وشركات الاتصالات وتراخيص البرامج والأنظمة.
14. تطوير سياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والممارسات المتبعة.
