Job Summary:
Vogue Architects, an innovative engineering consultancy bureau, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that payments are made and received in a timely manner.

• Manage bank transactions, including reconciliations, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring that there is sufficient cash available to meet the organization's financial obligations.

• Handle the cash box and transactions related to cash payments and receipts.

• Manage tax payments and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Conduct audits to ensure that financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

• Provide financial advice to the organization's leadership team, including investment advice, financial planning, and risk management.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Secure financial information by completing database backups

• Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
