A well-known retail company is looking to hire an HR officer to join our team.

Job Title:              HR Officer
Classification:       Full-Time
Location:         Sulaymaniyah-Iraq
Pay Grade:         Grade 6 - Level 3
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 Pm
Salary: Based on our position grade and salary structure

Job Requirements

Summary of position
An HR officer is assisting the HR and admin manager in the daily HR and admin operation and makes an interview for junior positions, managing the personal section, and admin documentation.

Job Duties
- Manage the recruitment process for junior positions.
- Manage the personal section of the company.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Supports the onboarding process through the management of all new hire paperwork and communications.
-Answer questions from employees related to employee records and attendance records.
- Follow up and ensure that all the annual leave or any leave types are recorded.
- Follow up and make an exit interview with the employees.
- Follow up and fill in the employee’s attendance and ensure the employee’s working time.
- Manage the employee’s overtime by cooperating with the operation department.
- Follow up and ensure that all the store’s contracts are new and up to date.
- Performing other related duties when needed.-

Skills
- Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks.
- A very good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Solid knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Good understanding of labor laws.
- Documentation skills.
- Ability to use Odoo ERP system.

Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the HR and Admin Manager.
- No one reports to this position.
- Must attend yearly company annual meeting.

Employee Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or business administration.

Experience
- 1 year or more experience in Human resources.

Languages
- English: Upper intermediate (Speaking, writing).
- Kurdish: Native (Speaking, writing).
- Arabic: Fluent (Speaking, writing).

Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working ability with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve, and good decision-making skills.
- Strong ethical standards.
