*1 If you are a doctoral graduate (can apply for 190/491)
- Completed in the past two years
- List of any occupations nominated in the Immigration Bureau
- Mandatory requirements for no work/work experience

*2 If you are a master's degree (can apply for 190/491)
- Completed in the past two years
- List of any occupations nominated in the Immigration Bureau
- If you belong to STEM major, you can apply for 190; other majors can apply for 491.
- There is a nominated occupation or highly relevant full-time job in Queensland; in the case of applying for 491, the job should be in remote areas of Queensland.

* 3 If you are an undergraduate (can apply for 491)
- Completed in the past two years
- List of any occupations nominated in the Immigration Bureau
-GPA needs to reach at least 5.5
- Nominated occupations or highly relevant full-time jobs in remote areas of Queensland

- Overseas Applicants
- Open to overseas applicants who can apply for 190/491.
Three years of relevant work experience is one of the most important requirements, with more than 100 occupations to apply.

*190 Overseas*
- Nominated occupations need to be in the Offshore Queensland Skilled Occupation list (QSOL), and there are 102 occupations that can be applied for 190, mainly medical health, engineering, ICT, Advanced tra. De and occupations in tourism and services
-EOI reaches at least 80 points (some occupations may have exceptions)
- 3 years of work experience related to the nominated occupation (there may be exceptions for some occupations)
- Languages should have four 7 or four 8 (there may be exceptions for some occupations)

*491 Overseas*
- Nominated occupations need to be in the Offshore Queensland Skilled Occupation list (QSOL), and there are 114 occupations that can be applied for 491.
- 3 years of work experience related to the nominated occupation (there may be exceptions for some occupations)
- Languages should have four 7 or four 8 (there may be exceptions for some occupations)

- Domestic Applicants
- There is no major change in the requirements for domestic applicants.

Other notes:
* 190 Visa - this fiscal year made it clear that the EOI score should be at least 75 points and favor applicants with *higher* English proficiency.
