Qualification required:

Ø Good in English language (Oral and Written)
Ø Must have CCNA, CompTIA A+, MCP, MTCNA, MCRE
Ø Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Ø 5 or more Years of Experience


Responsibilities:
Ø View and monitor infrastructure, computer networks and LC systems status and performance and resolve issues related to the LC systems

Ø Receive and view alert notifications
Ø Install and configure computer applications and Provide support for end users
Ø Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Ø Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Ø managing different parts of LC projects.
Ø completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards
Ø Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Ø Log bugs and enhancement requests
Ø Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
Ø Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and website
