2021-12-06 06:06:35 Sign of Weak Imaan

1. Committing sins and not feeling any guilt.

2. Having a hard heart and no desire to read the Qur'an.

3. Feeling too lazy to do good deeds
(eg. being late for Salah)

4. Neglecting the sunnah.

5. missing attention during Salah is, you should read your Salah like it's your last Salah! in fact it could be your last Salah since nothing can guarantee you that you would live to read your next Salah.

6. Having mood swings, for instance being upset about petty things, bothered and irritated most of the time.

7. Not feeling anything when hearing verses from the Qur'an, for example when Allah warns us of punishments and His promise of glad tidings.

8. Finding difficulty in remembering Allah and making dhikr.

9. Not feeling bad when things are done against the deen and Shariah.

10. Desiring status and wealth.

11. Ordering others to do good deeds when not practicing them ourselves.

12. mocking on people who do simple good deeds, or those who are just striving to be better muslim by sharing or posting Islamic reminders.

Remember the Prophet (sallallahu wa sallam) said: “convey the deen to the people even if it were a single ayah” so share to help us keep the Muslim youth on the right path, In Shaa Allah.

May Allah Subhanahu wa-ta’ala enliven and enlighten our hearts towards the deen and grant us closeness to Him.

Ameen

2021-11-28 05:21:34 MISUNDERSTANDINGS IN MARRIAGE

When a husband is rude, abusive and bad tempered: the wife is told to have sabr and reminded what a good muslim wife does.
But when a wife is rude and bad tempered: the husband is told to find a more pious wife, she is told women don't act this way and her character slandered.
Why don't anyone give this advise instead?
••
It is reported that a man came to 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab (radhiAllahu anhu) to complain about his wife's ill-temper.
While he was waiting for 'Umar to come out of his house, he heard 'Umar's wife scolding him and 'Umar quietly listening to her, and not answering her back.
The man turned around and started walking away, muttering to himself: "If that is the case with 'Umar, the leader of the believers, who is famous for his uprighteness and toughness, then what about poor me?!"
At that moment, 'Umar came out of his house and saw the man walking away. He called him and said, "What is it you want of me, O man?"
The man replied: "O leader of the believers, I came to complain to you about my wife's bad-temper and how she nags me. Then I heard your wife doing the same to you, so I turned around, muttering to myself, 'If that is the situation of the leader of the believers, then what about me?'" '

Umar replied, "O my brother, I bear with her because of her rights over me. She cooks my food, bakes my bread, washes my clothes, breast-feeds my child...and yet none of these are her duty; and then she is a comfort to my heart and keeps me away from forbidden deeds. Consequently, I bear with her."
The man said, "It is the same with me, O leader of the believers."
'Umar said: "Then, O my brother, be patient with her, indeed this life is short.
(Adh-Dhahabi, Al-Kabâ'ir 194)

You cannot live perfectly happy married lives. This is not Jannah, that's the reason why you got together to achieve it. You'll argue, you'll disagree. You'll dispute, bicker and squabble. But in the end that's the point of it. You learn to live and you learn to tolerate.
You are marrying a human being! Humans make mistakes, so you and your spouse will both make mistakes. Get ready for that, and be ready to forgive, let things go and help.

2021-11-28 05:16:27 Question: What is the origin of commemorating (the dead) on the fortieth day?

Shaikh Ibn Baaz:

❝The origin of this custom is Pharaonic. It was practiced by the Pharaohs before Islaam, and then it spread from them to others. It is a reprehensible Bidah (innovation in religion) that has no basis in Islaam and is to be rejected.❞

Satan will beautify their deeds and invite them to commit adultery.❞

2021-11-26 07:14:08 WHY LEARN KNOWLEDGE?

Ibn Qutayba (d. 276 A.H.) -Rahimahullaah-
describing why the Salaf used to seek knowledge,
he said:
‘A student in the past used to listen to learn and know to do good deeds and understand the Deen of Allaah so he could benefit himself and benefit others.

Now it has become: he listens to gather knowledge, he gathers knowledge so he can be mentioned amongst people, he memorizes so he can win an argument and can be proud.’

2021-11-23 05:06:51 ❝Hold on to your loved ones tight; express your love for them; forgive their mistakes—for you might leave, or they might leave with unsaid words and unexpressed feelings left in the heart.
Be careful of sewing a wound without cleaning it first; discuss, explain, confess, apologize, give in…
Life is very short, it’s not worth holding grudges, envying, cutting off ties over…
Tomorrow we’ll become a memory, for death does not come with a warning.
Smile, and forgive those who have wronged you.❞
