The European Parliament accepted the declaration of the IRGC as a terrorist by majority vote.
Please keep in mind that the main decision-maker to put the IRGC on the terrorist list is the Council on Foreign Relations of the European Union, which consists of the 27 foreign ministers of the member states headed by Joseph Burrell.
