Al-Tawasul AL-Iraqia Co. is currently looking for (HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Officer), with minimum 2 years of experience within recruitment and talent acquisition field. Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent is preferred for this post.
Location: Baghdad- Russafa- Alnidhal Street

The post has the following key responsibilities:
• Gather candidates’ applications and ensure completion of required documentation/forms.
• Contact candidates to validate application information and scheduling of interviews.
• Generate employee personnel application to HR for processing.
• Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
• Expand Candidate search through internet online recruitment sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Manage of Assessment center for Applicants and recommend the selected candidates to hiring managers.
• Announce internal and external jobs, develops and write job postings.
• Manage internship program for the youth and fresh graduates.
• Create talent pipeline for all critical positions across the organization.
Job Knowledge:
• Previous experience in Human resources and recruitment field.
• Thorough knowledge of Iraqi labor legislation.
• Managing Information.
• Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft products.
• Technology Application.
