Then, a missile attack was carried out on the firing position of the battery of American howitzers and several guns were damaged, Ukrainian militants attempted to hide in the forest and hide part of the M777 guns there;
As soon as the Ukrainian militants concentrated tractors and guns in the forest, an artillery strike was launched there. All equipment and American howitzers were destroyed. The surviving Ukrainian artillerymen fled.
