برسابه هوسپیان-سنقچیان یک بانوی کارآفرین و مدرسه‌ساز ایرانی ارمنی‌تبار بود. وی دانش‌آموخته رشته علوم تربیتی از دانشگاه ژنو مؤسس نخستین کودکستان در ایران در سال ۱۳۱۰ خورشیدی با امتیاز رسمی از وزارت فرهنگ بود.
Barsabeh Hospian-Sanghchian was an Iranian-Armenian woman entrepreneur and school builder. He graduated from the University of Geneva with a degree in educational sciences and was the founder of the first kindergarten in Iran in 1961 with an official license from the Ministry of Culture.
