ششم فروردین، زادروز گرانمایه پیامبر ایرانی، اشو زرتشت سپیتمان، پیام آور اهورایی راستی و روشنایی است که یکی از مناسبت های مهم جشن بزرگ «هفدرو» یا «نوروز بزرگ» در این روز است.روز خورداد این جشن، روزی است که هفتاد و دو رخداد مهم در آن رخ داده یا رخ خواهد داد. سه تا از آن ها که به خود زرتشت مربوط است، همین زادروز او و سالروز به پیامبری رسیدن او و سالروز دین آوری گشتاسب، شاه ایران در آن زمان است.
