JOB VACANCY
An international business company is seeking to employ a qualified candidate for a Financial assistant Position:
City of work: Shahrake Gharb, Tehran
Responsibilities:
- Execution of routine procedures with the banks to Provide Bank Guarantee; including preparing necessary documents, forms, P&L and proper letters for the banks, archiving physical evidence of contracts and tracing the history of them, cancellation process of guarantees and releasing the capacity of GBs.
- Assisting the Supervisor in preparing Business Proposals, Feasible Studies, Mortgages & New Financial Tools for the Company
- Exchange Issues; operation under the command of the finance supervisor, bookkeeping, etc.
- Preparing financial reports under the command of the finance manager and helping in the process of their presentation by the means of Data Visualization, etc.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduated
- Desire to learn and investigate new subjects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Being responsible and punctual
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Good knowledge of English (Speaking and Writing)
- MBA/ Financial management degree is preferred
