Position Title: Customer Care (Call Center) Agent
Location: AL Mamoon / Baghdad
About the Role:
Your role as a Customer Care Agent will be to support and assist customers by answering their questions and concerns. You would also be expected to follow up on issues. Additionally, this role requires a patient, empathetic and natural problem-solver who actively listens and ensures top-level customer service

Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, and tickets.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Follow the direct manager's instructions and attend ongoing training to develop skills and discuss potential problems and ways to solve them
• Resolve customer complaints via a wide variety of communication channels, including phone, email
• Professionally handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limits, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer satisfaction


Requirements:
(+2) years experience in a related field or working in the same position
proficient in Microsoft Office with good experience in reporting
Nice level in the English language
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to work under pressure, communicate and solve problem
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem solver with the ability to work proactively and well under pressure..
ability to work long hours and night shifts
