VOIP - Asterisk System Administrator
- Good working expereience on any of the telecom terms like SIP, Asterisk, FreePBX, Elastix, 3CX, etc.
- Experience in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like, IVR and FreePBX.
- Should have handled Linux based system like Centos, Fedora, RHEL
- Should have exposure to databases such as mysql, PostgreSQL
- Should be an expert in troubleshooting for all level3 escalations
- Should have exposure to monitoring systems such as PRTG.
- Should have exposure to backup technologies.
- Should have exposure to OS firewalls such as ip tables, csf, firewall, etc
- Knowledge on Writing Scripts and Batch scripts
- Must have good trouble shooting skills in using network testing tools such as Wireshark, Tcpdump.
- The applicant must be prepared to work outside of core hours to address emergency activity if required.
