ماده ۱۵۷
بازپرس دستمزد کارشناس را با رعایت کمیت، کیفیت و ارزش کار، پیش از ارجاع امر، تعیین می کند. هرگاه پس از اظهار نظر کارشناس معلوم شود که دستمزد تعیین شده متناسب نبوده است، بازپرس میزان آن را به طور قطعی تعیین و دستور وصول آن را می دهد. در هر حال دستمزد مزبور نباید از تعرفه تجاوز نماید.

The examiner determines the expert's salary by observing the quantity, quality and value of the work before referring the matter. If, after the expert's opinion, it becomes clear that the salary was not commensurate, the investigator will determine the amount definitively and order the receipt. In any case, this wage should not exceed the tariff.
