ماده ۱۹۱
اگر در شرکت تولید یک عده از شرکاء در خدمت دائمی شرکت نبوده یا از اهل حرفه که موضوع عملیات شرکت است نباشند لااقل دو‌ ثلث اعضاء اداره کننده شرکت باید از شرکایی انتخاب شوند که حرفه آنها موضوع عملیات شرکت است.

If in the production company some of the partners are not in the permanent service of the company or are not professionals who are the subject of the company's operations, at least two thirds of the members of the company should be selected from the partners whose profession is the subject of the company's operations.
