ماده ۱۹۸
اگر به علت عدم رعایت دستور دو ماده فوق بطلان عملیات شرکت اعلام شده هیچ یک از شرکاء نمی‌توانند این بطلان را در مقابل اشخاص ثالثی که با آنها معامله کرده‌اند عذر قرار دهند.
