ماده ۴۹۳
اگر محکمه حکم بطلان قرارداد ارفاقی را بدهد ضمانت ضامن یا ضامنها (‌در صورتی که باشد) به خودی خود ملغی می‌شود.

If the court decides to invalidate the partnership agreement, the guarantee of the guarantor or guarantors (if any) will automatically be canceled.
