ماده ۵۰۱
در صورت فسخ یا ابطال قرارداد ارفاقی دارایی تاجر بین طلبکاران ارفاقی و اشخاصی که بعد از قرارداد ارفاقی طلبکار شده‌اند به غرما‌تقسیم می‌شود.

In case of termination or annulment of the partnership agreement, the property of the merchant will be divided between the creditors of the partnership and the persons who became creditors after the partnership agreement.
