يستخدم مع ايام الاسبوع والتواريخ
Ex:
- I will be at home on Friday
- the first man walked on the moon on 21 July 1969
- We have been invited to aparty on 16 January
- My birthday is on the tenth of October

يستخدم بمعنى (على )
Ex:
- put the flowers on the table
- We sat on the floor
- there is a mark on your shirt

حرف الجر (At )
يستخدم للدلاله على الوقت
Ex:
- Adnan gets up 8 O'clock
- I have my breakfast at seven o'clock
- We arrived home at 4:30

يستخدم مع اجزاء معينه من النهار كقولنا:
at down - at noon  - at night - at dusk
Ex:
- We visit each other at night
- Cocks crow at down
- the sun is very hot at noon
