Subsequently, a large hematoma appears on the anterolateral face, as well as functional impotence to raise the arm. Ultrasound revealed a biceps tendon cut below the bicipital groove, with effusion around the synovial sheath. Note the alteration of the muscle fiber pattern, from parallel to disorganized.
