Assimilation
Neighbouring words or phonemes of particular word would not be pronounced on isolation and the difference will appear after assimilation!
It is likely to be found in rapid, casual and less likely in slow speech that is affecting
consonants.
If the changes become like the first phoneme, it is called
regressive. If the changes become like the second phoneme, it is called
progressive.
A final t, d, j often combine to form tʃ, dʒ so that "not yet" is pronounced nɒtʃet and "could you" is pronounced cʊdʒu
