A note to myself: A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mind-set. Every day you wake up, think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy. Stop focusing on the negatives and everything that could go wrong and start thinking about what could go right. Better yet, think of everything that already is right. Be thankful for nights that turned into mornings, friends who turned into family and past dreams and goals that turned into realities. Use this mindset of positivity to fuel an even brighter today and tomorrow.
تلنگری به خودم: یه روز قشنگ با یه طرز فکر قشنگ شروع می‌شه. هر روز که بیدار می‌شی، به این فکر کن چه سعادتیه که به سادگی سرزنده و سلامت باشی. از تمرکز کردن روی چیزهای منفی و هر چیزی که ممکنه درست پیش نره دست بردار و شروع کن به فکر کردن در مورد اینکه همه‌چیز می‌تونه خوب هم پیش بره. بهتر از اون، به تموم چیزایی که همین الانشم خوب پیش رفته فکر کن. برای شب‌هایی که به صبح تبدیل شده‌ان، برای دوستایی که به خونواده تبدیل شده‌ان و برای آرزو و هدف‌هایی که تبدیل به واقعیت شده‌ان شکرگزار باش. از این طرز فکر مثبت به عنوان یه محرک در راستای ساختن امروز و فردایی روشن‌‌تر استفاده کن
