Responsibilities

– Filling for all daily logbook paper in proper way.
– Provides daily registration services (medical logbook, medical services, patient cards big / small) at the site for all patients.
– Fills information of small patients’ card and consultation cards.
– Fill all needed information from patient cards and prescription to the consultation logbook
– Keep patient cards well organized and properly maintained.
– Maintain, submit and update all needed reports and logbook the MMT team leader on daily basis.
– Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the MMT.
– Other related assignments
