Say no Thank you
You do not have to follow
all your friends and family to the end of the earth just to stay loyal or because you otherwise would be alone.
It is far better to be alone by yourself then
feeling alone WITH your friends and family.
Standing up for
Yourself and your
individuality is one of the highest forms of
service that you can
offer the whole.
Let people know how you want to be treated and how you want them to treat other people, let them know your boundaries and stand up for them
consistently.
If you keep getting disrespected then you will have to face the responsibility of letting them know that you
will be withdrawing if they do not change.
You have to mean it.
They are actually a perfect reflection of your own shadows. Unwillingness of responsibility, fear of conflict and low self worth. This is what keeps you
chained.
Be brave.
Standing up for
Yourself will make people see somebody that respects themselves. Somebody with value and Somebody
rich in their heart.
