PhD Scholarship Opening at University of Warwick, United Kingdom

There is an exciting PhD opportunity at School of Engineering, University of Warwick. The topic is multi-disciplinary research on fluid flow in porous media with applications in soil remediation and solute transport. The successful candidate will join Porous Material and Process Modelling Group (https://pmpmrg.com/) and will be supervised by Dr Mohaddeseh Mousavi Nezhad.

Scholarship/admission requirements:
1. Applicant should have completed an MSc degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from the top-ranked universities in Iran.
2. Applicant should have strong research interest and background in pore-scale are of research (pore-scale modelling, microfluidics, …).
3. Applicant should have at least two research papers published in prestigious journals with IF > 2.0.
4. Applicant should meet the other general requirements for admission to the university e.g. English language proficiency.
