دعوة إلى الموردين المهتمين بالتسجيل في قائمة الموردين لدى منظمة نسائم خير حيث تسعى المنظمة الى تحديث سجلات الموردين لديها بشكل دوري لذلك ندعو الموردين المهتمين إلى تعبئة وإرفاق وثائق التسجيل لإثبات الخبرة والمؤهلات في تقديم السلع أو الخدمات ذات الصلة

- يجب أن تكون الشركة مسجلة وأن تقدم جميع المعلومات المطلوبة، ولا يشكل "إبداء الاهتمام" شرطاً للتعاقد، وتحتفظ منظمة نسائم خير بالحق في تغيير أو إلغاء الشرط في أي وقت أثناء عملية تقديم المناقصات.
- يؤدي التسجيل الى ضم المزود لقوائم المزودين الذين تتم مراسلتهم لاستجلاب العروض في حالات استجلاب العروض بدون إعلان مناقصة
- يجب على الموردين المهتمين بالمشاركة في عملية طلب تقديم العروض المخطط لها، تعبئة وتقديم نموذج استجابة المورد قبل تاريخ انتهاء التسجيل في 28/04/2022.
- المعلومات المقدمة من قبل الموردين سيتم التعامل معها على أنها سرية ولن تكشف المنظمة عن أي معلومة في نماذج استجابة الموردين.
- سيتم تقييم "نماذج استجابة الموردين" من حيث المواصفات والمتطلبات والمعايير الإضافية الموضحة في هذه المجموعة من مستندات "إبداء الاهتمام".
- قد تقوم نسائم خير بإجراء زيارات ميدانية أو مقابلات مع الموردين المرشحين لفئات معينة.
- يجب إرفاق الهوية الشخصية ووثائق الشركة والحساب البنكي وصور المحال التجارية أو المكاتب والآليات.
- يجب أن تكون جميع الأوراق مختومة وموقعة.

Invitation for suppliers whose interest in registering in the list of suppliers with Nasaem Khair Organization, as the organization seeks to update its supplier records periodically. Therefore, we invite interested suppliers to fill out and attach registration documents to prove experience and qualifications in providing relevant goods or services
Submission start date: 15/04/2022
Submission end date: 28/04/2022
- The company must be registered and provide all required information, and "expression of interest" is not a condition of contracting, and Naseem Khair Organization reserves the right to change or cancel the condition at any time during the bidding process.
Registration leads to the supplier’s inclusion in the lists of suppliers who are contacted to solicit bids in cases of solicitation of bids without announcing a tender.
Suppliers interested in participating in the planned RFP process must complete and submit the Supplier Response Form before the registration end date: 28/04/2022
- Information provided by suppliers will be treated as confidential and the organization will not disclose any information in supplier response forms
- Supplier Response Forms will be evaluated in terms of the additional specifications, requirements and criteria described in this set of Expression of Interest documents.
- Nasaem Khair may conduct field visits or interviews with suppliers nominated for certain categories.
- Personal identification, company documents, bank account and photos of shops, offices and machinery must be attached.
All papers must be stamped and signed.
