Primitive Reflexes ردود الفعل البدائية ايش الغاية او الفكرة من هذه الردود عند الأطفال
Idea
☞Primitive Reflexes are automatic stereotypic movement directed from the brainstem and require no involvement.
☛They are needed for survival and development in the early months of life
☞As the higher cortical centers begin to mature successive disappearance of these reflexes take place allowing proper neurological development.
بعدما عرفنا ايش الفكرة من ردود الفعل البدائية الآن نتكلم عن أنواعها في 9 أنواع لردود الفعل البدائية والتي هي Moro((Startle)) Reflex Grasp Reflex Stepping Reflex Placing Reflex Rooting Reflex Spinal Galant Reflex Asymmetric Tonic Neck Reflex((ATNR)) Landau Reflex Parachute Reflex
ذكرنا أنواع ال Reflexes بشكل عام والآن نفصل كل Reflex على حده 《Moro Reflex 》 تكون موجوده وقت الولادة وتختفي على عمر 5-6 أشهر من عمر الطفل يبدأ بتطور ال intrauterine في 32 اسبوع ويكون fully mature خلال 37 اسبوع Stimulus The head is gently lifted then released suddenly into examiner's hand. لازم نتجنب هذا الشي في حالة اذا كان الطفل preterm أو كان suspected intracranial hemorrhage Sudden withdrawal of blankets from underneath the infant Making a loud noise near the ear

Response Extension of the trunk Extension and abduction of the arms with "fanning" of fingers followed by flexion and adduction "as if the infant embraces himself" Loud crying may follow.
Clinical value: عشان نحفظها سريع نجمع الحروف الأولى لهذا Reflex مجموعة بكلمة 《NAAR》ايش ناار هذه ○N Normal reflex in the normal time frame °•normal neurodevelopment•°. ○A Abnormal reflex: ⊙sluggish in the sedated newborn and sepsis. ⊙exaggerated in early Kernicterus ⊙unilateral(asymmetrical) in Erb's palsy, fracture clavicle or humerus. ○A Absent reflex(two sided) premature <28 weeks CNS depression by : ○R Reflex persisting beyond 6 months is seen in neurodevelopment disorders (cerebral palsy, autistic disorders) هذه كانت القيم السريرية الي ممكن نشوفها في هذا ال reflex وخلوها في بالكم انها مجموعه في كلمة ناار 《Grasp Reflex 》 النوع الثاني هذا النوع في معه نوعين ☞Palmar grasp reflex ☛Solar grasp reflex

Clinical value الآن نتكلم عنها للنوعين ☆Normal reflex in the normal time frame(normal newborn neurodevelopment ) ☆Help estimation of the gestational age develops at 28 weeks and become fully mature by 32 weeks gestational age. ☆Absent in the same side of °•Klumpke's palsy•°
《Stepping Reflex 》 تكون موجودة منذ الولادة وتختفي على6 أسابيع من عمر الطفل
Stimulus Hold the baby upright with his soles touching a flat surface. نرفع الطفل على ارجله ونخليه يوقف ويمشي
Response The baby starts walking movement. الاستجابة بتكون أن الطفل يبدأ يحرك ارجله كأنه يمشي
《Placing Reflex 》 تكون ظاهرة منذ الولادة وتختفي 6 اسابيع من عمر الطفل
Stimulus Hold the infant upright with one foot touching a surface of table and dorsum of other foot touching the under edge of the table.
Response The baby will flex then extend the leg to place it on upper surface of the table.
