Laboratory results : ●Prolactin 2264 mU/L (<470) ●LH: 7.2 U/L (1–25) ●FSH: 4.4 U/L (1–15) ●Testosterone 2.2 nmol/L (1–3) ●SHBG: 58 nmol/L (20–90) ●Estradiol 544 pmol/L (70–880) .
How would you interpret these results in light of the patient’s history and clinical findings?
