Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master Degree in ( Information Technologies , Cumpeuter Engnering, Managment Informatin System ).
· 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
· Fluent command of written and spoken English, Preferred Turkish
· Ability to use MS Office Programs effectively.
· Ability to analyse and report with numbers.
· Prone to teamwork,
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· POS System knowledge is preferable.
Responsibilities:
International IT technical support officers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of Computer and Defacto Store Pos systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. Your generally job definition.
1. To Give Support all Defacto Stores except Turkey.
2. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs over on Helpdesk system and e mail.
3. Included weekend and officially holidays, talk staff or clients either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve urgently issues.
4. Install and configure Store's and Office user's computer hardware operating systems and applications
5. Monitor and maintain computer systems, internet connections and networks
6. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
7. Provide support, including store operational task, procedural documentation and relevant reports,
8. Create diagrams and written store user guide instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
9. Support the roll-out of new applications (Hand Terminal, Retail sale system etc.,)
10. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues, also to help purchasing team for buy new devices.
11. Priorities and manage many open cases at one time. Store opening process and Cash register works are our foreground processing.
12. Test and evaluate new technology about Pos Retail area.
13. Follow and update store and office IT devices inventory records.
