We are excited to announce the opening of our application for Internship Program. The program is for four engineers to be interned within the existing team in Key Account Department ‘KAD’ which is located in Al-Saadoon Street. The opportunity is to for 3 months and after that, there will be a project which is to be considered as an exam covers the internship period, and if the intern passes the exam; will be recruited a part of INTEGRATED PATH’s fixed staff and will hold a position of ‘IT Engineer’.
All related majors are welcome as long as you have a passion and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in IT business.
Job Description:
- Implementation specialist meets with the client after a sale is made. Instructs and trains users on use of ERP solution.
- Good understanding of business and operational processes including Sales/purchase, human resources, payroll and point of sale.
- System analysis He has tasks help project manager to leads a sessions to collect data, documents and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client.
- Following the meetings, the specialist implement a project plan and schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task and the task's due date. Specialists distribute the project plan to the entire team to get their feedback and confirm the project milestone dates.
- Troubleshoot and respond to system requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported customers within the pre-determined time frame of the contracted service level agreement.
- Follow through with customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager.
- Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have at least Bachelor degree in the following:
Computers Engineering, IT Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Control Engineering, Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation.
- Quick and autonomous learner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Affinity with the IT world.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
- An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is.
- Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Software Requirements, Product Development, Presentation Skills, General Programming Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, Requirements Analysis, Innovation
- Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.
- Classify customer requirements which will need configurations and which will need development.
- Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
- Provide complete documentation for tasks needing development.
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that team will deliver what is required.
- Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
- Deliver training on different Odoo modules.
- Help support team in supporting clients.
- Help sales team in demos and POC (Proof of Concepts job requirements)
- English Language is essential.
