𝐃𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐥 — کانال تلگرام

Dr Tel is listed as English but the actual content runs entirely in Persian, so readers who don't read Farsi won't get anything usable here — worth flagging before anything else. Once past that, the channel's own tagline promises "coverage of world news and events, in the style of the world's most polite doctor, with no affiliation to any group or organization," and the posts largely fit that self-description: a mix of Middle East geopolitical news, blunt satirical commentary, and viral internet clips, written in a casual, sometimes coarse slang register rather than formal news style.

The geopolitical thread is substantial and fairly current: coverage of the newly signed "Mecca Defense Agreement" between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey, which frames an attack on any signatory as an attack on all three, alongside discussion of whether Iran might join it and what that would mean depending on who initiates a conflict — Iran, the US, or Israel. Other posts cover rising Israel–Turkey tension over an airbase in Syria, statements from Turkish and Israeli officials, and commentary attributed to Iranian security council secretary Mohsen Rezaei on sanctions, self-sufficiency, and the state of US-Iran relations. A separate post reacts to a Trump social media post referencing the Strait of Hormuz.

Interspersed with the news are shorter satirical bits — a viral hidden-camera clip, a joke about a driver discovering his new car's "smart screen" is a piece of cardboard, and sarcastic one-liners aimed at public figures and events. There's also at least one straightforward gambling advertisement for an online sportsbook/casino site, offering deposit-matched free spins on a slot game, complete with mirror domain links and a bot for account access — placed in the feed with no separation from the news content around it.

Taken together, this reads as a personality-driven Persian-language news-and-commentary channel with a sarcastic voice, not a specialized or professional outlet, and it carries at least occasional paid gambling promotion mixed into otherwise editorial content. It will only be useful to Farsi-speaking readers following Middle East political developments through an irreverent, informal lens.
