اغلب الادويه اللي تصنف Teratogenic بتكون في حال تناولتها Female خلال الحمل
لكن في بعض الأدوية اللي تعتبر Teratogenic سواء اخدها Male او Female و لازم المريض سواء male او female ياخدو Contraception خلال اخدها في حال كانو بفترة ال Reproductive وممنوع يصير pregnancy لفترة زي مثلا :

Griseofulvin :

Females of reproductive potential should use affective contraception during therapy (estrogen containing contraceptives may be less effective).
Men should avoid fathering a child for at least 6 months after therapy.

Methotrexate (MTX) :

Effective contraception is recommended for females of reproductive potential during therapy and for at least 6 months after the final dose.
Effective contraception is recommended for males with female partners of reproductive potential during therapy and for at least 3 months after the final dose of methotrexate.

Ribavirin :

Avoid pregnancy during therapy and for 6 months after completion of treatment in both female patients and female partners of male patients who are taking ribavirin therapy.
Effective contraception must be utilized during treatment and during the 6-month post-treatment follow-up period.
