ماده ۱۸۷
مادام که شرکت نسبی منحل نشده مطالبه قروض آن باید از خود شرکت به عمل آید فقط پس از انحلال طلبکاران می‌توانند با رعایت ماده فوق به فرد فرد شرکاء مراجعه کنند.
