ماده ۴۹۰
پس از تصدیق شدن قرارداد ارفاقی دعوی بطلان نسبت به آن قبول نمی‌شود مگر اینکه پس از تصدیق مکشوف شود که در میزان دارایی‌یا مقدار قروض حیله به کار رفته و قدر حقیقی قلمداد نشده است.
