Young woman. Appears at the clinic due to severe pain from the front, upper jaw.
Last weekend she went to a party, had fun, drank alcohol and for the first time in her life she tried smoking tobacco. She woke up on Monday morning with these changes in her mouth.
Patient says she had no problems before the weekend.
