"Stress" is something that causes a state of strain or tension. It is temporary. It can also mean to put emphasis or importance on something:

"Eustress" is beneficial stress:
When we play games, we go into a psychological state called eustress, or positive stress. Like negative stress, eustress gets our adrenaline up and quickens our breathing rate and pulse.

Suggest + noun phrase
We can use a noun phrase as the object of suggest:

Suggest + that-clause

After that-clause, the verb is always simple (it doesn't take third person s):

Suggest + -ing form
We can use suggest with the -ing form of a verb when we mention an action but do not mention the person who will do it, because it is understood in the context:

- She suggested travelling together for safety, since the area was very dangerous.

Suggest + wh-question word
We can use suggest with a question word such as where, what, who, how:

Typical errors
We don’t use suggest + indirect object + to-infinitive when we suggest an action to someone:

We don’t use suggest + to-infinitive:
Henry wanted to tell everyone, but Dora suggested waiting until the news had been announced officially.

Loosely speaking, both are said. Generally, use 'in' for a specific department/area and 'at' for the general place.

2021-04-22 22:09:04 یه مورد دیگه ای هم که تو نوشتن SOP خیلی میبینم این هست که دوستان هدفشون از آینده زیاد شفاف نیست. قبل اینکه شروع کنید به نوشتن SOP یا توضیحاتی که برای ما میفرستید، حتما به یه نتیجه مطمئن برسید که هدفتون برای بعد این پروگرم چی هست، آیا میخواین که faculty member بشید یا وارد بازار بشید و کار کنید و ...
این نکته رو هم دقت کنید که هدفتون با این پروگرم و مقطعش همخوانی داشته باشه.
