2021-04-18 00:28:46 سلام دوستان، یه نکته ای در مورد نوشتن SOP هست که مرتباً میبینم تکرار میشه. خیلی از دوستان عادت دارن که اسم اساتیدشون رو بیارن و چند بار هم تکرار کنن. در کل به استثنا مواردی که این اساتید در سطح جهانی مطرح باشن، هیچ لزومی نداره اسم‌هاشون ذکر بشه.

- Other Conjunctive adverbs:
Anyway, finally, incidentally, instead, still, meanwhile, namely, nevertheless, nonetheless, next, now, otherwise, then, with that in mind

- Should you not wish to join them, you must let them know before 4 o’clock. (NOT Shouldn’t you…)
-If you decide to sell the house, I will be happy to buy it from you.
-Should you decide to sell the house, I will be happy to buy it from you.
(Note that here 'should' does not show obligation. It is merely used as an alternative to the present simple tense.)

- Were we to have kids, we would need a bigger house. (= If we were to have kids, we would need a bigger house.)

خیلی از کسایی که تافل میدن و خودخوان مطالعه میکنن، نمیدونن چجوری به خودشون فیدبک بدن و پیشرفت کنن و از زمانشون به صورت بهینه استفاده نمیکنن. من روش‌هایی که به خودم کمک کرد ۱۱۷ بگیرم و به خیلی‌های دیگه هم کمک کرده پیشرفت کنن رو توی این وبینار‌هایی که پین کردم آموزش دادم و بعد از گذشت یک سال هنوزم بیننده دارن و دوستان بهم پیام میدن در موردشون. اگر شما هم خواستید تهیه کنید بهم پیام بدید:

Such as a determiner
We can use such (as a determiner) before a noun phrase to add emphasis:

- We visited such fascinating places on our trip through central Asia.
- She has such lovely hair.
- She lived in such loneliness. (formal)

We use such before the indefinite article, a/an:

- We had such an awful meal at that restaurant!
Not: We had a such awful meal …
We had such awful meal...

Such meaning ‘of this or that kind’

In more formal situations, we can use such to mean ‘of this or that kind’. We can use it before a/an or after expressions like the only, the first, the second:

- You must not destroy people’s houses. I could never agree to such a plan. (a plan of that kind)
- A college is offering a degree in pop music composition. It is the only such course in the country. (the only course of that kind)

Such … that
We can use a that-clause after a noun phrase with such:

- He is such a bad-tempered person that no one can work with him for long.
- It was such a long and difficult exam that I was completely exhausted at the end.
