استقبل رئيس الجمهورية الدكتور برهم صالح، اليوم الخميس 12 آب 2021، الأمين العام للحزب الإسلامي العراقي رشيد العزاوي.

وبحث اللقاء المستجدات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية في البلد، حيث جرى التأكيد على ضرورة تعزيز الاستقرار في البلد وحماية أمن المواطنين، وتهيئة المستلزمات الضرورية لإجراء الانتخابات في موعدها في تشرين وفق معايير النزاهة والعدالة في مختلف مراحل إجرائها وبما يعيد ثقة الناخبين بالعملية الانتخابية، وتكون معبرّة عن الإرادة الحرة للعراقيين في اختيار ممثليهم. باز کردن / نظر دهید

2021-08-12 14:18:01 Iraqi President Salih: Iraq works toward having further balanced relations to ensure regional security and stability

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Barham Salih met with UK ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Mark Bryson-Richardson. The meeting was held in Baghdad at al-Salam Palace.
Bilateral relations between Iraq and the UK were discussed during the meeting, and how best it was to strengthen them, while recent developments related- matters in Iraq and the region were reviewed.
Talks placed emphasis on the importance of having further cooperation and coordination between Iraq and the UK in order to promote peace and stability in Iraq and the region as well.
Iraq works toward having further balanced relations based on working together with the friends in the international community to establish peace and security in the region and calm tensions there, President Salih said.
Moreover, he added that it is vital to support our cooperation at the field of economy, health, environment as well as fighting against corruption, while noting that there is a need to step up our efforts to address the challenges of terrorism and extremism.

استقبل رئيس الجمهورية الدكتور برهم صالح، اليوم الخميس 12 آب 2021 في قصر السلام ببغداد، السفير البريطاني لدى العراق مارك برايسون ريتشاردسون.

وجرى، خلال اللقاء، بحث العلاقات الثنائية التي تجمع البلدين وسبل تعزيزها، واستعراض التطورات في العراق والمنطقة، وأهمية التعاون والتنسيق بين البلدين، بما يخدم السلم والاستقرار المحلي والإقليمي.

وأكّد رئيس الجمهورية أن العراق ينطلق نحو علاقات متوازنة تستند إلى العمل المشترك مع الأصدقاء في المجتمع الدولي لترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة وتخفيف حدة توتراتها، ودعم التعاون في مجالات الاقتصاد والصحة والبيئة ومكافحة الفساد والتكاتف في مواجهة تحديات الإرهاب والتطرف. باز کردن / نظر دهید

2021-08-12 13:25:32 Iraqi President: Regional and International collaboration is needed to calm tensions in the region, to promote further dialogue and convergence

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Barham Salih met with the French ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Bruno Hubert. The meeting took place in Baghdad at al-Salam Palace.
President Salih and France's ambassador discussed Iraqi- French ties, and how best to boost these relations at every level. They agreed how important it was to deepen bilateral relations in the ways that better serve the interests of two countries and regional issues.
Iraqi President emphasized how important it was to advance relationships with France and the European Union and where there could be further understanding across all the fields.
International efforts in the fight against terrorism and extremism should be sustained, he added.

Crisis should be defused through having further dialogue and convergence in the region, while regional and International collaboration is needed to calm tensions, said the President.

Cooperation and coordination are also required in the efforts to meet economic and cultural interdependence in the region, to build peace and stability here, he underlined.
