Urea and creatinine normal?
مريض مشخص حالته ب
Acute Pyelonephritis
وعندما عملنا له وظائف الكلى كانت النتيجه

Creatinine 0.9 mg/dl
Urea 25 mg/dl
ف سالني الطبيب لماذا اليوريا والكرياتنين طبيعي ؟ فطلب مني تفسير النتيجه هذه ؟

الجواب سيكون كالاتالي:
أولا يجب أن نعرف ماهي حاله
acute pyelonephritis
حالات أمراض الكلى تقسم إلى ثلاثه أقسام رايسيه :
1. Pre-renal
2. Renal
3. post-renal
و renal disease
تقسم إلى التالي :
Glomerular causes and tubular causes
وهذه الحاله
acute pyelonephritis
هي من ضمن حالات tubular
الحاله سببها infection في tubular
لذلك طبيعي أن يكون الكرياتينين واليوريا في حدود المستويات الطبيعيه وذلك لأن اليوريا والكرياتنين يتاثرو بالزياده في حالتين اما بسبب نقص في GFR او بسبب
Urinary obstruction

ف كلما نقص GFR يزداد اليوريا والكرياتنين في الدم ف التناسب تناسب عكسي مابين GFR مع اليوريا والكرياتنين
Decrease of GFR lead to increase in urea and creatinine.
ف حاله acute pyelonephritis
تكون النفرونات الكلوية طبيعيه ويحدث الفلتره بشكل طبيعي وبالتالي ما يتغير اليوريا ولا الكرياتينين.

Urine:
●Pyuria (Pus in urine)

Serum:
●Urea normal
●Creatinine normal

1. Serine (Ser ) :

Defenition:

Serine is a Hydroxyl amino acid and synthesized in side the body.

Description :

●non-essential amino acid
●neutral amino acid
●hydrophilic amino acid
●polar amino acid

Behavior:

●Serine is generated at the inside of the body. Therefore non-essential amino-acid.
●A glycine and cysteine are generated from serine.

Use:
●Serine is used for healthy food.
●Serine is used as combination to cosmetics of cream.

2. Threonine (Thr):

Defenition:

Threonine is a Hydroxyl amino acid and no synthesized in side the body.

Description :

●essential amino acid
●neutral amino acid
●hydrophilic amino acid
●polar amino acid

Behavior:

●Threonine is the essential amino acid which isn't synthesized inside the body. ●Absorption of 0.5mg is needed to weight 1kg per an adult for 1 day.

Use:

●Tens of thousands of tons a year are used at a nutritional reinforcement destination of feed for cattle of a chicken and a pig.
